Cookie Policy
Last updated October 6, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between pages and visits, such as that you are signed in.
2. The cookies we use
roddytechnologies.com and roddylabs.com use only cookies that are needed for the sites to work and to keep you signed in. Each site sets its own. Because they are strictly necessary, they are set without asking first.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
roddy-technologies-session | Keeps your visit together from page to page, including your Roddy conversation and whether you are signed in. | 2 hours after your last visit |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms, such as the contact form, from being submitted by other websites. | The same as the session cookie |
remember_client_... | Keeps you signed in to your client workspace on this browser. | About 400 days, or until you sign out |
remember_admin_... | For our staff only: keeps a team member signed in when they choose "remember me". | About 400 days, or until they sign out |
3. What we do not use
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not let advertisers place cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires.
4. Third parties
Our typeface loads from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. If you choose to sign in with Google or GitHub, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. RShopRefill has its own Cookie Policy.
5. Managing cookies
You can see and delete cookies in your browser's settings, and set it to block them. If you block the cookies above, you will not be able to sign in, and forms such as the contact form will not work.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Questions? Write to hello@roddytechnologies.com.
